YSI is seeking a highly qualified Helpdesk Specialist. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Strong working knowledge on the following commercial software applications:
· Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office all inclusive
· HyperTerminal for Router Programming
· Bentley’s Micro station
· Several Versions of Adobe Standard and Reader
· Android Operating System, Apple Operating System, Verizon Management
· Active Directory
· System Center Configuration Manager
· Video/Audio Editing
· Army Training Certification Tracking System (ATCTS)
Required Skills/Qualifications:
· Certification in Security Plus, Certification in A Plus and Automation NCO Course.
· Knowledge of the operating system software to install application software, troubleshoot operating systems and application software problems, and use the operating system commands for executing programs. Ability to use and maintain computer systems, equipment, and software.
· 4 years of experience with PC image building, and IA patch management
· Active Secret Clearance
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
