Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle functional consultant focusing on public
sector procurement and contracts.
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations, policies, and procedures,
including government contracting practices, bidding processes, and vendor management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and design practical and efficient solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders and team members at all levels
- Experience leading functional design workshops, conducting requirements gathering sessions, and delivering presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge on Oracle.
- Mentors project staff and provide directions to accomplish project’s goals.
- Provides staff with technical directions, recommendations, or advice as needed.
- Makes presentations to groups and clients as required.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance.
