YSIis seeking a highly qualified Program Manager. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

· Overall manager of the contract and single point-of-contact for resolution of service issues

· Ensures quality of O&M support of the AA system.

· Customer satisfaction

· Vendor’s authorized interface with the COR and other Government employees

· Established plans, schedules, work standards, manages Vendor’s resources.

· Leads Vendor personnel and communicates policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Active Top-Secret Clearance/TS SCI Required

· Experience in oversight of systems in Operations and Maintenance phase

· Experience leading service desk of similar size

· Experience managing software, system, and hardware upgrades

· Excellent customer service skills

· Continual monitoring and continual improvement knowledge and experience

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Oracle Database Monitoring: 5 years (Preferred)
• managing software, system, and hardware upgrades: 10 years (Preferred)
• Customer service skills: 10 years (Preferred)
• Project/Program Management: 10 years (Preferred)

Security clearance:

• Top Secret (Required)

Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
