YSI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to support the AFOSI program at Quantico, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing program execution, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and maintaining compliance with contractual requirements while serving as a key interface between YSI and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee program execution, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with government standards and requirements.
- Interface with government representatives and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving any concerns.
- Coordinate with technical teams across domains like Cloud, Software Development, and Cybersecurity.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program efficiency and success.
- Ensure risk management and quality control measures are in place and effectively executed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 8 years of experience managing similar government or IT programs.
- 5 years of experience in technical domains such as Cloud Computing, Software Development, or Cybersecurity.
- Active Top Secret Clearance required.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project oversight skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
