As a transportation project manager, you'll play a critical role in leading and managing water resource engineering projects, working closely with our multidisciplinary team. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, technical expertise, and business acumen. You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with regulations. To succeed, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in design, planning, and implementation of stormwater and hydraulic elements with a focus on project management. Strong knowledge of hydrology and stormwater and green infrastructure design is essential, along with proficiency in CAD/Design Software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3d, Inroads/OpenRoads). Business development skills and the proven ability to win work are highly valued, as are effective communication at all levels of the organization and ability to manage & mentor staff.
