Job Summary
Under supervision of the Speech Department Coordinator and a licensed Occupational Therapist, provides direct and consultative occupational therapy services to special education students according to goals contained in an individualized education plan (IEP).
Requirements / Qualifications
Must possess a valid Occupational Therapy Assistant Licensure from the California Board of Occupational Therapy or a valid certification issued by the National Board of Certified Occupational Therapy. Minimum one-year experience in occupational therapy preferred. A minimum of one-year of school-based experience with students with moderate / severe disabilities is preferred.
