The Role :
We are looking for a talented individual to join the IT Support team to help with the growing needs in our Santa Clara, California office. In this role, you'll be responsible for IT support, systems administration of endpoints, and other IT tasks. Adding to our already amazing culture is the key to success in this role.
About You : Systematic troubleshooter, work collaboratively and have fun, customer service-oriented, utmost integrity and security-minded
Basic Qualifications :
- 5 years experience providing end user support to in-office employees as well as remote workers around the world
- Experience with Google Workspace administration
- Highly skilled in the Windows and macOS endpoint configuration and support
- Endpoint hardening and configuration management experience
- Conference and Audio Visual support experience
- Organized in nature, with great documentation and communication skills

125,000 - $145,000 a year
Yubico offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work. This role has the annual salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 for a candidate located in the San Francisco Bay Area. For roles that are filled in other locations, the compensation range will be based on data provided by the Radford McLagan Compensation Database from Aon. Final compensation is also based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
