HVAC Specialist - II

Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager (or designee), performs skilled work in the repair and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration, including those units with variable refrigerant flow (VRF) and complex automated controls; maintains facilities in a safe operating condition; monitors VRF systems; creates and implements VRF maintenance schedules; maintains a preventive maintenance program; documents information; and resolves immediate safety concerns. A completed online application with uploaded resume, 2 current letters of recommendation, EPA Refrigerant certification OR NATE HVAC certification are required of all applicants to be considered for this opening.
