Retail Sales Associate

Position Summary:
The Liquor Store Associate is responsible for maintaining the stock of alcoholic beverages and related products in an organized, clean, and accessible manner. The role involves receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, ensuring the store is well-organized, and assisting customers with finding products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stocking: Process deliveries, restock shelves, and ensure products are placed in their correct locations.
• Product Organization: Ensure that all products are neatly arranged and easy for customers to access, organizing inventory by type, brand, and size.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track stock, and alert management when products are low or out of stock.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, including sweeping, mopping, and ensuring aisles are clear and free of debris.
• Customer Service: Assist customers in locating products, answering basic questions, and providing product recommendations when needed.
• Pricing: Ensure that all products are properly priced and that signage is up-to-date.
• Compliance: Follow all store policies, including checking IDs for age verification and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or stocking is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages (a plus).
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Must be at least 21 to work in a liquor store Oklahoma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
