Responsibilities
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the reliability of systems.
- Develop and execute test plans specifically for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, or similar tools.
- Track defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Validate integrations and workflows to ensure proper functionality.
- Ensure testing and quality standards align with business and compliance needs.
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA testing.
- At least one active Salesforce certification.
- Proficiency in Salesforce testing and automation tools like Selenium and TestNG.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with developers to resolve defects.
- Familiarity with compliance standards related to federal systems.
