- U.S Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Open to W2 hourly or full-time salaried positions
- Experience with OKTA
- Experience with S-Docs
- Experience with Service Cloud
- Experience with Community/Experience Cloud
- Must have Service Cloud Certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management.
