As an Account Manager, you are a key figure in managing client relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Your role goes beyond client service; you act as a strategic partner, delivering creative, results-driven communication solutions that align with client goals. You'll serve as the link between clients and our internal teams, driving success through collaboration, clear communication, and innovative thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact. Understand clients' objectives, challenges, and business landscape to provide tailored marketing solutions.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with clients’ business goals. Focus on delivering innovative ideas and executing campaigns that blend creativity and strategy to drive measurable outcomes.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure the development of campaigns that align with the client’s brand identity. Ensure that all creative outputs meet client objectives and resonate with their target audience.
- Transparent Client Communication: Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, ensuring they are kept informed about project progress, timelines, and any potential issues. Address client concerns with prompt, strategic solutions.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to manage projects from conception to delivery. Utilize each team’s strengths to create cohesive and successful campaigns.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Manage resources, timelines, and project milestones effectively.
- Campaign Performance & Reporting: Analyze campaign results, providing clients with detailed performance reports. Offer recommendations for optimizing future campaigns based on performance insights.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field (or demonstrated success in a similar role)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a client-facing role
- Strong understanding of creative and media processes
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and vehicle insurance
Position Details
- Location: Full-time position based in Anchorage, Alaska
- Salary: Competitive salary ($65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience)
