Senior User Interface Designer ( Visual Designer- Information Visualization )

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA (Work from office - 3 days )

Critical selection criteria: 

• Mandatory Portfolio requirement: Highlight 2-3 B2B case studies showcasing examples of dashboards designed to transform complex data into clear and actionable visualizations. Understanding of the product environment end- end.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX professionals and engineers, to understand design requirements and transform them into creative solutions.
• Minimum 7 years of practical experience in all user-centered design processes, adhering to design principles, and human behavior. (Focus: Data/ Information Visualization)
• Extensive experience with design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, combined with in-depth knowledge of design principles, composition, and typography, other visual elements.
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and strong skills in crafting visual presentations.
• Prior experience working in a Network Operation Center (NOC) is an added advantage.
• Deep understanding of Atomic Design Structure and develop design systems suitable for intricate multi-product environments
• Assist the design team in ensuring brand consistency and maintaining high quality across all projects.
• Ability to connect designs to business metrics.

You are: 

As an Information Designer, you’ll thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment. You'll demonstrate a deep understanding of complex business contexts, quickly pinpointing challenges and delivering effective design solutions. Your strong background in applying critical design thinking and mastery of visual design principles will be essential, along with the ability to collaborate effortlessly with UX specialists and engineers.

You will love the role if you have 

• 6 years of experience in working successfully within interdisciplinary project teams and collaborating with business units, product managers, interaction designers, user researchers, content managers, and engineers. 
• Prefer candidates who hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BDes/MDes/BE/BTech) in a visual design field, including graphic design, interaction design, illustration or comparable design discipline. 
• Proven mastery over visual design principles and their application on a large-scale multi-device system. 
• Working knowledge of UCD methodology, information architecture, navigation models, and interaction design principles and how they impact visual experience design. 
• A strong grasp of overarching business strategy and can also dive deep into specific design challenges to develop innovative solutions that are not only usable but also ‘wow’.
• A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.
