We are seeking a Case Assistant / Jr. Paralegal to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities :

  • Administrative civil litigation support for case teams handling multiple lawsuits
  • Document processing requests for file maintenance and organization
  • Document production management, E-discovery support
  • Preparation of subpenas to obtain medical records
  • Update of medical records
  • Bate stamp and organization of exhibits
  • Record and store client information

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
