Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service. This role requires someone who is skilled in answering phones, has excellent administrative skills, and is committed to supporting the field service team. The administrative assistant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our inspection team, ensuring a high level of customer service, and fostering positive relationships with our clients and staff.
Duties:
- Oversee the coordination of inspections, services, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that inspection services are integrated and that clients receive support.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative assistance or service coordination.
- Customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
