About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Medical Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Sub-Regional Clinic, ensuring seamless patient flow and care through the clinic and other providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Sub-Regional Clinic
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients
- Optimize reimbursement for clinic services by providing necessary information and documentation
- Furnish documentation needed by YKHC to effectively manage the clinic
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Business preferred.
- Associate degree with management or supervisory experience may be substituted.
- At least 4 years of experience in a degree specialty, with at least one year in administrative activities.
