Yulista is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Support Engineering Staff member to join our team in Clovis, NM. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multi-functional workgroup/team, ensuring on-time aircraft deliveries while meeting engineering and quality requirements, and maintaining cost efficiency to align with overall program objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Preference will be given to Calista shareholders and their descendants and to spouses of Calista shareholders, and to shareholders of other corporations created pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, in accordance with Title 43 U.S. Code 1626(g).

Yulista is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Support Engineering Staff member to join our team in Clovis, NM. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multi-functional workgroup/team, ensuring on-time aircraft deliveries while meeting engineering and quality requirements, and maintaining cost efficiency to align with overall program objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of a multi-functional workgroup/team.
- Execute dynamic strategies to ensure timely aircraft deliveries while meeting all engineering and quality requirements.
- Monitor and report status on quality, performance, and schedule.
- Provide direction to both exempt and non-exempt salaried personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee manpower planning, employee assessment and selection, training, work assignments, evaluations, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
- Work closely and cooperatively with ESH (Environmental, Safety, and Health) to ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of strategies and coordination of activities to increase throughput and reduce inefficiencies.
- Lead process improvement initiatives from ideation through implementation.
- Interface directly with program senior management, government and military officials, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Perform and lead maintenance evolutions on CV-22 Osprey Aircraft.
- Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership characteristics with experience in leading teams and managing operations/events.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to various audience sizes.
- Proficiency in computing resources, including MS Office applications.
- Must obtain an interim clearance prior to starting and have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Air Force 7 Level qualified with Red-X Certification.
- CV-22 APU certified.
- Eight or more years of related experience.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or the defense industry.
- Working knowledge and previous experience managing cost, quality, and schedule metrics.
- Ability to contribute to team growth and professional development.
- Excellent oral, active listening, and written communication skills.
- Work is performed in a combination of office and aircraft maintenance environments.
- May require occasional travel and direct interaction with military officials and government representatives.
