Project Coordinator II
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the progress of projects.
- Build a BOM (Bill of Materials) based on provided drawings, M.I. (Modification Instructions), or Work Instructions.
- Request quotes from vendors to establish costs for proposals.
- Prepare meetings to discuss proposals and project status.
- Provide status updates on cost and schedule as required.
- Prepare and submit CDRL's (Contract Data Requirements List).
- Monitor Purchase Requisitions and Purchase orders to ensure costs, quantities, and materials are within the scope of the SOW (Statement of Work) for the projects.
- Submit Work Order (WO) requests as required.
- Prepare and coordinate shipments based on the customer provided schedule.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance at the Secret level.
- Must be able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Clear communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS Degree (preferred but not required)
- 5 years of relevant experience or experience in a related field.
