PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Customer Care Associate is responsible for responding to helpdesk requests in various forms, updating ticketing systems and scheduling appointments for ticket resolution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Respond to helpdesk requests from email, voicemail and helpdesk phone line within predetermined service level agreements.
- Accurately and efficiently enter all customer service information into the helpdesk system
- Schedule end user appointments with Technician
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal customers both, verbally and written with status updates.
- Assist with overall customer service as needed
SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS :
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
