PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Customer Care Associate is responsible for responding to helpdesk requests in various forms, updating ticketing systems and scheduling appointments for ticket resolution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Respond to helpdesk requests from email, voicemail and helpdesk phone line within predetermined service level agreements.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter all customer service information into the helpdesk system
  • Schedule end user appointments with Technician
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal customers both, verbally and written with status updates.
  • Assist with overall customer service as needed

SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS :

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES :

  • Ability to work utilizing professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active Listening
  • Time Management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook.
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment such as copier, fax machine and phones.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office products primarily Outlook
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
