What You’ll Be Serving Up :
As the Regional Equipment Strategy Lead, you will drive innovation and excellence in KFC's restaurant equipment strategy. Your role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, food quality, and safety across multiple Business Market Units (BMUs). Failure to deliver results could lead to decreased operational efficiency, compromised food safety, and potential revenue loss.
Here’s How You’ll Spice Things Up :
Regional Strategy Execution (%)
Spearhead the implementation of Global Brand Standards and Equipment Engineering standards across your region.
Develop and adapt solutions for unique country / BMU scenarios, ensuring seamless operations.
Continuously monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements with BMUs and franchisees.
Work directly with senior franchisee leadership to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of new initiatives.
Equipment Strategy Development (%)
Collaborate with the Global Lead to develop innovative Equipment Engineering strategies that align with KFC's growth objectives.
Identify and introduce cutting-edge equipment to enhance efficiency, safety, and food quality.
Deploy global equipment training through BMUs.
Cultivate relationships with regional vendors to support growth initiatives.
Growth / Accelerator Equipment Engineering (%)
Lead engineering efforts for Growth Accelerators in regions / BMUs
Spearhead Back-of-House (BOH) design and equipment development for next-generation restaurants.
Partner with Digital teams to optimize Drive-Thru operations.
Innovate new equipment solutions to support expansion, providing end-to-end support from development to production.
Drive bringing connectivity to MOH / BOH equipment and technologies.
What You Bring to the Table :
Education :
College degree required; Engineering degree preferred; MBA a plus.
Experience :
years of engineering experience, preferably in restaurant equipment.
International professional experience preferred.
Demonstrated safety-first mindset.
Strong technical, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
