Planning System / Entity Alignment Maintenance / Planning System SME – %
- During the year : provide primary support for maintenance and changes for the Planning system including but not limited to : updating Planning’s current year cost center alignment and alignment changes tracking spreadsheets, plan Changes / Maintenance, loading plan changes, and update DOMO access to cost center reports.
- During AOP : perform planning system set-up and testing, non-employee plan data entry, updating cost center alignment and alignment changes tracking spreadsheets for the new year, and update DOMO access to cost center reports for the upcoming year.
- Become a subject matter expert on the Global Planning System for YRSG / YBI / Heartstyles teams. Partner with coach and IT team to implement process improvements and assist in the rollout to other Market / Division finance teams by providing functional assistance / guidance to those teams as needed.
