Job Description
The Manager of Strategic Planning will play a critical role in driving business growth and supporting long-term strategic initiatives. This individual will be responsible for leading the development of data-driven strategies, creating compelling business narratives, and delivering actionable insights to cross-functional teams and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful stories, while maintaining a pulse on competitive trends and business performance through robust KPI reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning & Storytelling
Develop and articulate clear, cohesive business strategies that align with company goals.
Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, threats, and trends that could impact the business.
Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with strategic business goals.
Partner with finance, marketing, product development, and operations teams to align strategic objectives and performance goals.
Present strategic plans and performance updates to senior management and executive teams.

Salary Range : $122,000 to $143,000 annually bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
