People Operations Leader

Job Description

The Sr. Manager for HR Technology will be known as the People Operations Leader and will be responsible for establishing a HR service delivery team and overseeing and optimizing all HR operational activities. This role involves developing and executing HR operational strategies, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes, and delivering high-quality HR services to employees. The head of People Operations will ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR operations, and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Salary Range : $134,900 - $158,700 annually bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is responsible for establishing and optimizing an HR service delivery team that will provide HR operational support for all employees. This includes but is not limited to :

HR Operations Strategy and Design :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR Operations strategy, defining scope of services, SLAs, and transition timeline in alignment with broader HR and business function goals and objectives
• Design and build HR processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient HR service delivery

Salary : $134,900 - $158,700
