This role will lead a team of Martech specialists in advanced marketing technology solutions across Pizza Hut. This role is responsible for driving execution across CDP, CRM, loyalty, and personalization, ensuring that the right Martech platforms and programs are implemented and optimized, and the team is executing the marketing strategy across them efficiently to deliver immediate and sustained commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead MarTech Platform and Program Strategy : Define Pizza Hut Martech platform standards, develop and implement an operating process, and identify gaps and redundancies in current solutions.
- Vendor Management : Collaborate with Yum! Martech COE and other brands, manage relationships with Martech platform and program vendors, and ensure platforms and programs deliver on their commercial promises.
- Martech Program Implementation : Oversee the future strategy of implementation programs, map best practices, and guide other global Pizza Hut markets.
- Consultative Leadership : Act as a trusted advisor to Pizza Hut and Yum! Leadership Teams, provide consultative support, and lead stakeholder engagements.
