Responsibilities
- Recruiting Support :
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (onsite, virtual, and panel interviews) across different countries and time zones.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure seamless communication with candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers.
- Onboarding Coordination :
- Facilitate pre-hire processes, ensuring all new hire documentation and systems access are completed.
- Support Day onboarding processes and maintain a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Partner with IT and hiring teams to ensure new hires are set up with tools, resources, and technology.
- Project Management :
- Manage recruitment processes using or similar project management tools to streamline workflows.
- Track recruiting activity, hiring timelines, and metrics to ensure goals are met.
- Support ad hoc projects, such as process improvements, system enhancements, and data reporting for recruiting metrics.
- Candidate Experience :
- Ensure a high-touch and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Act as a point of contact for candidate questions, interview logistics, and feedback follow-ups.
- Process Improvement :
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to streamline recruiting operations.
- Assist with special HR projects, process documentation, and tools implementation.
