What You'll Be Serving Up :
The Associate Manager, Strategy is responsible for driving high-impact strategic initiatives for KFC globally, partnering with Finance and cross-functional leaders at Corporate and Business Units to identify and support execution of emerging opportunities that will enable step-change growth for our business. This role will help bring to life our strategy and support critical projects in service of that.
Here's How You'll Spice Things Up :
Strategic Execution (50%)
- Partner with cross-functional project teams to help develop, frame, and analyze the most effective ways to deliver KFC's strategic objectives.
- Transform financial analysis into presentations with meaningful conclusions used to inform / influence both KFC Global Leadership Team and Business Unit leadership.
- Define and manage robust processes, dashboards and deliverables to track progress, identify risks, and drive accountability for the successful execution of strategic and transformation projects.
- Proactively support Global Leadership Team members as they execute the plan for each initiative to overcome barriers, solve problems, re-allocate resources, and adjust as needed based on internal and external factors.
- Embed with cross-functional teams as necessary to champion work and drive results
