Job Description
The Analyst, Facilities Compliance, consolidates and manages all relevant permits, licenses, city audits, and contracts to ensure compliance and operational excellence across KFC locations. This role is instrumental in maintaining regulatory standards, proactively addressing city audit requirements, and avoiding penalties or operational disruptions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Consolidate and manage vendor contracts for essential services, including waste management, gas, electricity, water, insurance, landscaping, pest control, and security.
- Oversee licensing compliance for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), food handling and safety, music, and signage, ensuring timely renewals and accurate record-keeping.
- Manage permits such as health, fire safety, building, zoning, and drive-thru operations, ensuring all requirements are met and kept up to date.
- Proactively address city audit areas, including health and sanitation, fire safety, structural compliance, environmental management, OHS, zoning, and employee and customer experience quality.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance across permits, licenses, contracts, and city requirements.
- Collaborate with local authorities and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and resolve any regulatory issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a centralized system for tracking compliance documents, renewal deadlines, and audit preparation.
- Support the Engineering Manager in identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain continuous compliance and operational continuity.
