Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager to lead key financial planning and analysis initiatives and drive strategic transformation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
Salary Range : $123,000 to $150,000 annually bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Responsibilities :
1. Rapid Delivery Office (RDO) :
- Lead the management of the RDO process, including the preparation of monthly presentations for senior executive meetings.
- Collaborate with leadership to set the agenda and identify relevant presenters for these meetings.
- Track and monitor approved strategic investments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
