Description - The Customer Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in the back-office. With responsibility for the day to day, back-office details, the CSA helps ensure that clients have a wonderful operational experience.
Responsibilities & Activities:
- Supports Relationship Managers
- Data gathering
- Data Entry
- Processes new accounts
- Processes new contributions and redemptions
- Processes beneficiary changes
- Handles miscellaneous operational activities
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
- A strong focus on getting the details right
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- An ability to handle multiple tasks and handle stress
- Pass a background/credit check
