Job Title: Security Guard
Duties:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other individuals to maintain security of premises
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the facility
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Write reports on incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Enforce rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent security breaches
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements:
- Location WELLTON AZ
- Must speak English (Bilingual) read and write reports in English
- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
- Strong observation skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Must have current valid AZ UNARMED AND ARMED SECURITY GUARD LICENSES
- Must have duty gear and firearm
- Must have IVP level 1 fingerprint clearance card if not must apply for one
