Summary:
The Supervisor Supply Chain Warehouse is responsible for supervising a team of warehouse workers who perform various general warehouse functions and ensuring that all aspects of warehouse operations function smoothly; performs the administrative and physical tasks involved in the receiving, shipping, storing and distribution of products to customers and/or other designated parties; ensures warehouse is clean and orderly and that product is stored safely in its proper place; ensures that staff is effectively managing inventory and par levels on various units and maintaining effective communication with leadership in regards to stock out, back orders, and other challenges as they arise.

Responsibilities:
Leads and assists with coordinating warehouse functions such as management of receipts, replenishment, returns, put-away, picking, packing, shipment, and deliveries or products and orders.

Supervises and directs warehouse staff and controls the flow of work in the warehouse as directed by department Manager.

Coordinates with the stock buyer and the Supply Chain Manager to evaluate stock levels and manages the supply inventory; advises when inventory levels drop below acceptable levels.

Actively participates in LEAN management program striving to continuously improve by providing recommendations on process improvement, increased efficiency and waste elimination.

Provides on-the-job training to associates within assigned area(s) on the responsibilities of the position to ensure accurate processes and methods are followed; train on the proper use of equipment.

Effectively communicates with warehouse team members, operations management, A/P, inventory management, and item master data to resolve discrepancies.

Serves in a biomedical capacity, with the fundamental knowledge required to troubleshoot and repair hardware components on the Omnicell System to include: Cabinet Diagnostics, PC Box/PC Console Operations, Frames and Switch Panels, Troubleshooting, Doors, Zones and Cabinet Reconfiguration, Drawers and Modules Troubleshooting, Cabinet Peripherals Installation and Troubleshooting, and Cabinet Data Restoration.

Maintains communication with nursing and support staff regarding supply back orders and stock outs. Effectively communicate with supply vendors regarding specialty equipment and supplies.
