YRMC Walk-In Clinic in Foothills is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team!

About the Role :

Employment Type : Hospital employed position.
Schedule : Open 7 days a week, working 3, 12-hour shifts
Team Collaboration : Work alongside a team of providers, coordinators, practice managers, other APPs, and clinical staff.
Technology : Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record System.
Patient Demographics : Primarily geriatric population with some pediatric patients.

Position Highlights :

Benefits : Begin on day 1.

Compensation : Guaranteed base salary with wRVU production and a quality incentive (5% of base salary paid quarterly).

Insurance : Medical, Dental, and Vision.

Paid Time Off : 32 days PTO and holiday pay.

Retirement Plan : 401K with employer match up to 4%.

Professional Development : Eligible for CME reimbursement up to $3,500 per year and reimbursement for fees and dues (DEA, AZ licensure) up to $2,500 annually.
