The Senior Software Engineer Lead is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative software development projects and contribute to the future of decentralized AI. Reporting to the VP of AI, this critical role requires a mix of technical expertise, leadership ability, and strategic thinking to build and maintain cutting-edge solutions.
As a senior-level contributor, you will lead technical efforts across a variety of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide mentorship to engineers. You will also have the opportunity to drive technology choices, define best practices, and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead software projects from inception to delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and timely results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical strategies.
- Identify and recommend frameworks, libraries, and tools to optimize project implementation.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and timelines.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable front-end and full-stack applications.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing robust and innovative solutions.
- Establish and refine software development processes, including agile methodologies, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain automated testing to ensure code quality and coverage.

Minimum Requirements

- 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with expertise in front-end and full-stack development, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, efficient software solutions.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in blockchain technology and decentralized systems.
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and their integration into software systems.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
