Position Overview:
The Call Desk Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining our current Food Service customers, with the opportunity to grow revenue by building strong professional relationships with each customer. Prospect for new business by cold calling current and prospective customers to present our Food Service and Special Events Programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Make food service sales calls daily.
- Make follow-up phone calls to customers after the order is completed to build strong customer relationships. Ensure they have received their order and provide quality customer service, and inquire if there is anything else we can do for them at this time.
- Ability to explain at the customer level.
- Promote new items to all food service customers.
- Promote and sell the Special Events Program through cold calling and explore other effective marketing methods.
- Front Admin Backup.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent.
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience. Must have a clean driving record.
- Must have a dependable vehicle with valid vehicle insurance coverage.
- Ability to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Monday – Friday.
- Ability to work Holidays when the company is open for business.
- Must be a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to handle heavy phone work.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong Computer Skills Are a Must (Expertise in Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Smoke and Vape Free Workplace.
- The candidate for a post-offer must pass a pre-employment drug screen, a physical examination, a physical abilities test, a background check, and have a clear motor vehicle report.
