JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking to hire Regional Solution Sales to manage strategic accounts and local channel partners in the states o f NY, AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, SC, TN, DE, NJ, PA, IN and HI . The position will report to the Director of Channel Management and work within a collaborative multi-disciplined team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The strategic role will have autonomy in determining and carrying out the strategy, business development, sales growth, and sales management for customers and commercial end user accounts.
- Consult key accounts holistically on their mobility needs, understand general pain points and sketch overall solution approach including safety, quality of life, and climate action.
- Orchestrates sales process for complex mobility solutions and build a broader network of relationships in customer organizations and the transportation ecosystem.
- Engage as a thought leader within their region building awareness, shaping needs, sketching solutions, and providing support and counsel with funding.
- Develop consultative relationships with channel partners, customers, consultants, government executives, business partners, etc.
- Actively participate in regional professional societies such as IMSA, ITE, ITS, APTA, etc.
- Focus on delivery of sales business targets in their region and work cooperatively with existing channel partners.
- Direct bid responses by reviewing RFP / RFQ requirements, crafting and describing technical solutions, and other written documentation vital to support bid generation efforts.
- Lead customer meetings and presentations, represent Yunex Traffic at regional and national sales conferences, and is a leader with vision.
- Work closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product Management, and Project Management to position Yunex Traffic solutions in the marketplace.
- Develop and propose sales budgets, growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategy and deep market insights.
