Job Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and repair AV/IT systems, including Crestron, Q-SYS, and related technologies
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for classroom and event technology systems
- Assist in system design, particularly for digital signage and flat panel installations
- Work with external partners, integrators, and in-house teams on system commissioning and maintenance
- Provide Tier II/Tier III technical support when needed, ensuring smooth operation of AV/IT services
Skills/Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in AV/IT field engineering, installation, and repair
- Proficiency in Crestron, Q-SYS, Shure, BiAmp, Logitech, and Poly/HP technology
- Familiarity with AV/IT control systems, web conferencing, digital signage, and lecture capture
- Experience with remote assistance tools (e.g., Bomgar) and enterprise management software (e.g., Crestron Fusion)
- AVIXA Recognized AV Specialist or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to lift equipment up to 75 pounds

Salary Range: $75,000–$80,000
