About this Position:
We’re looking for a Member Engagement Specialist to join the Life Sciences Career Alliance initiative. In this role, you’ll engage employers, stakeholders, and training providers to create and sustain strategic partnerships. Your focus will be on crafting and executing communication strategies, managing social media, and building relationships that drive external engagement. This fast-paced, dynamic position requires strong communication and an ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Alliance’s LinkedIn presence to increase visibility and engagement.
- Develop content campaigns and collaborate with marketing teams to deliver impactful communication materials.
- Coordinate employer relationships by scheduling meetings and advisory council discussions.
- Establish networking opportunities between employers and training providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, driving strategic partnerships.
Skills/Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a history of managing external relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Comfort with adapting to new technologies and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

Pay Range:
Pay Range: $30-$35/hour
