Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our team at Yusen Logistics Americas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding service offerings, and building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Developing and executing strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Closing deals and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Managing existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Addressing any transportation-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Working closely with operations teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Team Collaboration:
- Liaising with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of customer needs.
- Providing updates on market trends, competitor activity, and other relevant information.
- Participating in local business activities to promote the company brand and value proposition.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field (preferred) and/or 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
