Position Summary
The Project Director confidently leads all aspects of coordination, planning, and implementation of youth programs. This role involves proactive collaboration with volunteers and actively includes the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff. The Project Director takes the initiative to establish strong partnerships with community organizations, significantly enhancing program effectiveness. In this capacity, the Project Director guarantees the successful operation of the program and adopts a commanding front-line management approach to achieve essential deliverables and drive program success while overseeing staff operations. Additionally, the Project Director excels at building and nurturing impactful relationships within the school environment, further amplifying the program's overall influence.
