What You'll Do: As a key member of our team, you'll serve as the go-to person for all things related to the early childhood programs. You'll balance big-picture planning with daily program operations, including:
- Leading before- and after-care coordination, enrichment programs, and family communications.
- Supporting classroom needs and ensuring state and licensing compliance.
- Managing enrollment systems, attendance records, monthly newsletters, and reports.
- Acting as a welcoming front-line representative for families and visitors.
- Advocating for families and children with additional needs.
- Organizing fun, inclusive events like Book Fairs and multicultural celebrations.
- Collaborating with the Director of Childcare, finance, and marketing teams for high-quality programming.
What You Bring:
- CDA or 9 credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort with technology and data systems (Excel, email, enrollment platforms).
- A warm, approachable personality with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage actively with young children.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
