48-hours per pay period on Evening Shift (2 p.m. - 10 : 30 p.m.), Night Shift (10 p.m. -6 : 30 a.m.) or Day Shift (6 a.m. - 2 : 30 p.m.).
Evening shift is eligible for shift differential totaling : $5.10
Night shift is eligible for shift differentials totaling : $6.25
A sign-on bonus of $4,500 is available for these positions.
Subject to applicable taxes. Paid over 1 year and requires a 12-month commitment. This bonus is not available to current UVM Health Network employees, or those employed within the last 12 months.
A relocation assistance bonus is available for eligible candidates.
Job Summary : Join our compassionate and dedicated team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You‘ll provide high-quality nursing care under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. Your role will include administering medications, delivering supportive care, supervising aides, and ensuring the Plan of Care is followed.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer medications and provide exceptional nursing care.
Ensure adherence to the Plan of Care.
Supervise and support certified nurse aides and assistive personnel.
Coordinate and evaluate the healthcare team.
Requirements :
Current Practical Nurse license in New York State.
1 year of experience preferred.
Proficient in computer skills.
Compliant with New York State Practice Act.
