Yzer is seeking a Compliance Associate that onboards new hires both W2 and Independent Contractors by verifying documentation, running background checks, MVR, and insurance requirements. This person will work in several different platforms, do some research about regulatory practices, assess regulations, and promote policy initiatives. This is an entry level position that focuses on verification and review of data that manages regulatory risk for the organization. In addition, this person will be able to interpret regulatory data, train team members, field compliance questions, and support various projects.

Pay Scale: $23-$25
Shift: M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm
Position: Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in the evaluation of practices and procedures to ensure adherence to current laws and government regulations for compliance standards.
· Compiles, reviews, and analyzes data to verify documentation.
· Report and address compliance issues.
· Maintain a library of regulatory records that include compliance policies and procedures.
· Coordinate and help oversee the development, implementation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risk.
· Conducts internal inspection of compliance issues.
· Identifies issues regarding compliance with regulations or standards that require follow-up.
· Work closely with various departments in the organization, including finance, operations, and HR, to promote a culture of compliance.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma/GED.
· 2 years of Industry experience
· Ability to conduct data research and evaluate large amounts of data.
Skills:
· Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
· Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
· Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
· Excellent attention to detail skills.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
