Business System Analyst II – ERP Implementations
Hybrid-In Office Two Days a Week

The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for the support, enhancement, and maintenance of finance and operational applications. This person will take a lead role in various ERP system implementations as well as ERP migrations.
Responsibilities
- Liaison between Accounting/Finance teams and IT as the Company migrates all subsidiaries to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations modules)
- Monitors, analyzes, automates, and improves current processes and procedures to facilitate the use and development of technology for Finance, Support, and Operational departments in line with enterprise growth and needs
- Manages relationships and integrates with operational and other support departments as well as third-party customers and vendors (i.e. auditors, bankers, etc.) to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Designs and consults on current, emerging, or changing technologies in order to achieve efficiencies and increase productivity
- Provides data analytic and conceptual skills to support initiatives and projects
- Remains up-to-date and current on developing business trends as they pertain to finance, business systems, processes, goals, objectives, and directions.
- Collaborate and consult with all areas of the enterprise to develop and improve existing business systems
- Trains, develops, and collaborates with internal customers and Finance/IT staff on the utilization of newly developed procedures/tools in order to ensure consistent application and understanding
- Ability to develop extensive documentation to support business systems and applications for the enterprise
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience equivalent
- Minimum five years of experience required, seven years of experience preferred
- ERP or Financial Application Experience preferred
- Knowledge of Business applications (Financials, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, DBS, Coda, and other applications preferred
- Accounting knowledge, with understanding of invoices, account receivables, payables, and journal entries
- Knowledge of sales techniques, financial, credit, and accounting principles
- Exceptional organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and project management skills
- Strength in developing business relationships in a matrixed organization

Pay: $94,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year
