Z Athletic/Wild Kids is hiring! We have a full time Warehouse Data Coordinator position that is a hybrid between office work and warehouse work. The ideal candidate is proactive, capable of problem solving, organized and possesses excellent computer skills. They will excel in administrative tasks, possess strong communication skills, and be flexible to needs as they arise. They will have a forklift certification or feel confident earning one. We seek a dedicated, hardworking individual eager to grow with us and leverage their unique talents as a Warehouse Data Coordinator. This position is primarily at a computer working with data, but the associate will also need to assist with shipping, unloading trucks, and down stocking product.
We are two sister brands operating from a shared office and warehouse space, collaborating on various responsibilities: Z Athletic, specializing in gymnastics equipment supply, and Wild Kids, focused on indoor play equipment for children. Basic Duties/Responsibilities:
- Learning and utilizing multiple software programs and websites for data entry, inventory management, label creation, and report generating. Programs such as warehouse management software (Sellercloud, Skustack), shipping programs (Shipbridge, Shipstation, Amazon Shipping, LTL websites), Amazon websites (Amazon FBA, Amazon Vendor, Amazon Dropship), and Shopify.
- Organizing and maintaining digital and physical documents
- Printing and processing shipping labels
- Requesting and managing LTL quotes when needed
- Creating and documenting processes as needed
- Unloading trucks by hand or using equipment provided (forklift, powered pallet jack)
- Preparing packages to ship
- Shipping items by adhering shipping labels and loading items onto trucks
- High attention to detail while shipping product -double checking and verifying correct items are being shipped
- Back-stocking warehouse racks with new product
- Assisting during projects to organize warehouse
- Moving product through warehouse by hand
- Moving product through warehouse by forklift or powered pallet jack
- Perform quality inspection of returned items
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills that include the ability to learn new software when needed, capable of troubleshooting technology issues as they arise, and the capacity to problem solve an issue using research tools like Google, website forums, and Chat GPT.
- Ability to be the expert - we are a small company, many times only one person will know how to use a specific program or tool. Our new team member will need to own their digital space and will need to be the expert of that area.
- Digital literacy and research skills, including the ability to analyze the reliability of information
- High attention to detail and accuracy when entering data and printing labels.
- Familiar and comfortable with using Microsoft Excel
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Time management skills, the ability to multitask, and flexibility around projects and company needs

- Ability to be flexible on daily duties and be willing to help other warehouse associates as needed

- Attention to detail to avoid any costly shipping errors
- Team member must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 lbs
- Ability to walk, use hands and fingers, crouch, kneel, reach, and stand/walk for 4-6 hours. Trained in how to safely lift and handle materials with various shapes, sizes, and weight.
- Forklift experience is a preferred. If not already certified, our new team member must be willing to get forklift certified and be comfortable maneuvering large vehicles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
