Position Overview:
We are searching for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the automotive industry to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current sales figures, developing innovative sales strategies, and training our team in these new methods. You will be crucial in recruiting and nurturing a talented sales force.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of enthusiastic automotive salespeople. Set sales goals, monitor progress, and lead your team to consistently meet and surpass those targets.
Sales Development: Coach sales staff on best practices to enhance deal closure rates and overall performance. Analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring unparalleled service. Maintain a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management.
Strategic Planning: Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters, creating adaptable strategies to meet these forecasts. Regularly compile and present sales reports for management review.
Team Coordination: Organize and conduct regular sales meetings, fostering a collaborative team environment. Implement and manage a CRM platform aimed at retaining current customers while identifying new sales opportunities.
