HR Specialist Home Care Spanish

Z Best Home Care is seeking an experienced, Human Resource Specialist who is a strong communicator, pays extreme attention to detail and is committed to continuously acquire new skills. The Human resource candidate will maintain corporate decorum at all times while responding to HR inquires in a professional and confidential manner. This individual will educate all new hires on their employee benefits, maintain all employee files, and conduct other administrative duties as needed while enjoy being a part of an ever expanding team committed to employee satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to define problems and tasks, collect data and establish facts, take action and resolve issues
• Committed to and skilled in the principle of confidentiality
• Reporting skills
• Experienced in maintaining records
• Knowledge of employee benefits

REQUIRMENTS

• Must have at least 2 years of HR experience, preferred focus in Home Care
• Experience with employee verification and background checks
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Exell
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment
• Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate employee training sessions.
• Experience with new hire onboarding processes
• Proficient in preparation of reports and presentations
• Fluent in Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
