We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bridal Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to brides-to-be as they navigate the exciting journey of selecting their wedding attire and accessories. Responsibilities
- Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories that align with their vision and style.
- Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and detailed information about fabrics, styles, and trends.
- Maintain an organized stock of inventory, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and are readily available for clients.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions and manage inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with clients both in-person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Supervise fittings and alterations, ensuring that each garment meets the client's specifications.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment that enhances the shopping experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; experience in a grocery store setting is a plus.
