Construction Foreman
We are looking for a full-time experienced construction foreman to add to our team. We are a General Contractor, and our range of work includes commercial, residential, remodels, and restoration projects. We are a long-standing company with 40 years in business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize and coordinate building projects from start to finish
· Oversee project(s) and see that everything runs smoothly accordingly to plans
· Check with supervisor for weekly schedules
· Must be able to track & document all work & hours on Project(s)
· Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within budget
Skills & Experience:
· Capable of reading full set of blueprints
· Great communication & people skills
· Great time management skills and habits
· Minimum 2 -5 years of experience as construction foreman
· Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
· Must provide your own tools
Education:
· High school diploma required
