Responsibilities :
Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legalProvide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decisionSchedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase / sale agreementsTour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical dataDevelop relationships that enhance the potential for future growthQualifications :
