Compensation :

85,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Follow-up with leads to increase sales

Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal

Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers

Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

Qualifications :

Must have a valid Real Estate License or the motivation to get one

Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
